Robert M.
Swadish was born in Kenosha on January 16, 1949 in Kenosha, the son of
Don and Rose Swadish.
He
attended St. Thomas Aquinas Elementary School and graduated from St.
Joseph High School in 1967.
A retired
Chief Warrant Officer in the U.S. Army, he served in Vietnam, receiving
the Army Achievement Medal, Meritorious Service Medal and the Legion of
Merit.
He was a
lifetime member of the Warrant Officers Association, the
Non-Commissioned Officers Association, the VFW and Disabled Veterans of
America.
Surviving
were his wife, Barbara; his parents; and a sister, Linda. Bob
passed away at his home in New Albany, Indiana, on April 15, 1992, at 43
years of age.
